What is EMS? and how does it work.

In short: non-invasive treatment based on electric pulses for the purpose of reducing fat  through muscle tightening as a form of weight loss.

How does it work? EMS, stand for Electrical Muscle Stimulation, works through electrical pulses causes muscles to contract with the end result of increasing blood circulation, toning, tightening and strengthening of the muscles. In a natural physical activity the brain send signals stating the muscles to contract, since we are electric beings we bypass the physical action and use electric pulses to stimulate muscle reaction.

Who should do EMS?

Male or female with the interest of gaining muscle strength, reduce some fat as well as reducing diastasis recti and toning the body.

How Often EMS is Done.

For optimal result we recommenced 3-5 EMS treatments within a period of 3-4 weeks with 2-3 days at least between treatments. Maximum 1-2 treatments per week, after an EMS treatment the muscles requires time for repair.
